Position: Facilities Maintenance Specialist
Pay Rate: $29/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Los Angeles, California, Las Vegas Nevada, Buffalo New York
Job Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the warehouse facility, handling routine cleaning, repairs, and maintenance tasks. This includes inventory management for cleaning supplies and performing minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
- Oversee contractors for professional repairs.
- Handle basic cleaning tasks (e.g., restrooms, break rooms, and operational areas).
- Replenish restroom supplies.
- Remove trash and debris.
- Set up and arrange workstations.
- Assist with snow removal from exterior walkways.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance work.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments or testing devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
