Position: Customer Services Administrator
Location: Los Angeles, California, Las Vegas Nevada, Buffalo New York
Pay: $31/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Quick Box Fulfillment is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support the Client Services team with daily tasks. You will communicate with C-level employees and assist with managing client paperwork, resolving service tickets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Services Director with client paperwork.
  • Generate, review, and distribute critical internal/external reports.
  • Resolve service tickets for Quick Box clients.
  • Provide backup support for the Client Services team, including answering calls.
  • Answer inbound calls from clients and customers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Quick thinker and self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
